  1.      OPC is an abreviation for Opener's Point Count.  It is
  2. useful in evaluating a hand when bidding a suit.  It is not
  3. used in bidding notrump.

  5.      First determine the HCPC and add to this value the
  6. following:
  7.           Void............. 2 points.
  8.           Singleton........ 1 point.
  9.           Six card suit.... 1 point.
  10.           Seven card suit.. 2 points.
